Scoprilo vivendo un’esperienza unica ed irripetibile: andare per boschi alla ricerca di tartufi nel parco del Podere di Moiata, accompagnati dal tartufaio e dal suo cane. Vi immergerete nella natura, nei suoi ritmi lenti e riflessivi. I boschi di querce circostanti il Podere offrono un ambiente ideale per la propagazione del tartufo. E, infatti, sarà proprio in prossimità delle querce e delle loro radici che la vostra ricerca si farà più attenta.
Il costo dell’iniziativa è legato al numero di partecipanti.
Indicativamente per un gruppo di 4 persone
il costo è di € 200.
Per buona parte dell’inverno e durante i mesi primaverili è possibile trovare nei nostri terreni il tartufo “bianchetto” o “marzolino”. Dai primi di giugno fino all’autunno si trova il tartufo nero estivo o “scorzone”.
Da settembre e per tutto l’inverno si può trovare l’eccellente tartufo nero e il pregiato tartufo bianco.
